For a time in my life I know I was depressed because of all the sad things that happened in my life back then. But because of the help of my parents, family, and friends, I was able to cope up.

When I was experiencing depression, I had these feelings:

  1. I feel tormented
  2. I feel alone
  3. I am also suicidal
  4. I feel I no longer need to be alive
  5. I feel that no one wants or love me or even care for me
  6. I yearn to be hugged
  7. I want to talk to people but I am afraid.
